Shipping & Delivery Delays
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, because we source our products globally to offer you the best prices, shipping times may vary.
  • Estimated Delivery: Our standard delivery window is 10-20 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched by our suppliers.
  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
  • Delayed Items: An item is not considered "lost" until 45 days have passed since the shipment date. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact us for a full refund or a free reshipment.
  • Customs & Import Duties: For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local regulations before ordering.
